Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where goods are unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or an account is overdue.

Prices & VAT

Unless otherwise stated, wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT and applicable delivery charges will be added where required.

Payment

Payment must be made using an available payment method. Approved credit account customers must pay within their agreed terms. We may suspend orders or credit facilities where payments are overdue and reserve the right to charge applicable interest and recovery costs.

Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery times, but these are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier, customs, transport or weather disruption.

Ownership & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery or collection, as applicable. Certain terms may vary where specifically stated on the invoice. Ownership of the goods remains with Legwear International Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Checking Your Order

Business customers should inspect goods promptly upon delivery and report any shortages, incorrect items or visible damage as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours and no later than 7 days after delivery. Please quote the relevant order or invoice number when reporting an issue.

Returns

Returns are subject to our current Returns Policy. Unless faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise agreed, goods must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
