Minimum order value $100
$40 for orders between $100 - $800
$65 for orders between $800 - $1600
$90 for orders between $1600 - $2400
$115 for orders between $2400 - $3000
Approximately $100 clearance fees per shipment charged by UPS on top of the applicabale duties

Don’t have a UPS account?
No problem – you can use UPS International Prepaid Payment Application (IPPA) to pay duties and taxes in advance. There are two easy ways to access IPPA:

Via shipment notification:
We’ll need your name, email, and phone number so UPS can send you a payment link. (You must opt in to receive notifications from UPS. You can do this here.) -
Via tracking link:
Once your order is shipped, you can access the IPPA link through the UPS tracking page.

Estimate of Duties:
We’ll also send you an estimate of the customs duties payable upon delivery. -
Final Confirmation:
Once you confirm all details, we’ll go ahead and organise the shipment.
