We wanted to share an important update on our pricing, order process, and U.S. supply - and to reassure you that we continue to actively supply our U.S. customers as normal.
- TARRIF DROP - Due to recent U.S. tariff changes - Silky Dance prices are more competitive than ever.
- 15% DISCOUNT REMAINS - To help offset duty and tariff costs, all U.S. customers still receive a 15% discount, that is automatically applied at checkout on all products.
- COST TRANSPARANCY - We have a streamlined order process to ensure you have all information and NO hidden costs before your order is shipped.
How It Works:
After you place your order, we will contact you to gather the following information if needed for international shipping:
- EIN or Social Security Number – Required for customs clearance.
- UPS Account Number (if available) – If you already have a UPS account, you can use it for shipping.
Don’t have a UPS account?
No problem – you can use UPS International Prepaid Payment Application (IPPA) to pay duties and taxes in advance. There are two easy ways to access IPPA:
- Via shipment notification:
We’ll need your name, email, and phone number so UPS can send you a payment link. (You must opt in to receive notifications from UPS. You can do this here.) - Via tracking link:
Once your order is shipped, you can access the IPPA link through the UPS tracking page.
3. Estimate of Duties:
We’ll also send you an estimate of the customs duties payable upon delivery.
4. Final Confirmation:
Once you confirm all details, we’ll go ahead and organise the shipment.
